The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa (MXP); we are located just 45km away from Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP).

• Do you offer a shuttle service to the center of Stresa?
Yes, the hotel provides a free shuttle service at scheduled times to reach the center of Stresa.
• How can I reach the Borromean Islands from the hotel?
Villa e Palazzo Aminta has a private pier. We can organize customized excursions by private motorboat directly from the hotel, or you can use the public ferries departing from the nearby Stresa pier.

• Do all rooms have a lake view?
We offer both rooms with a view of the centuries-old park, as well as splendid rooms and suites with a balcony or terrace directly facing Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. During the booking process, you can select your preferred room type.
• Is Wi-Fi connection available?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is free and available in all rooms and common areas of the resort.
Dining
• Which restaurants are available at the property?
The resort hosts the Italian Bistrot I Mori, characterized by a cuisine that blends Italian tradition and creativity, and the gourmet restaurant Le Isole, ideal for breakfasts and dinners in an elegant atmosphere, which also enjoys a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake.
• Do you accommodate food intolerances or special menus (vegetarian/vegan)?
Absolutely yes. Our Chefs are available to create dedicated menus for guests with celiac disease, intolerances, or specific dietary choices. Please inform us at the time of booking.

• What services are offered by the Spa?
Our Grotta Aminta offers a unique wellness journey that includes a steam bath, sensory showers, a whirlpool tub, and a wide selection of exclusive massages and beauty treatments.
• Is Spa access included in the stay?
Access depends on the booked rate or package. We recommend checking your room details or booking treatments in advance to secure your desired time slot.
• Is access to the wellness area reserved exclusively for hotel guests?
External guests can also purchase packages to enjoy a relaxing day at the Spa, subject to booking and availability.
Pets and Families
• Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are welcome (upon request and subject to confirmation). A supplement may be required for the final sanitization of the room. They are not allowed in the Spa area or by the poolside.
• Is the property suitable for families with children?
Certainly. We offer baby cots and extra beds upon request (subject to availability) and baby-sitting services upon reservation.

• Can you help me book guided tours or tickets?
Certainly. Our Concierge service is at your disposal to book admission tickets for Palazzo Borromeo (Isola Bella and Isola Madre), the Gardens of Villa Taranto, or to organize private guided tours in the local area.

Lake Maggiore is a paradise for golfers. Prestigious clubs are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, including the Golf Club Alpino di Stresa and the Golf Club Des Iles Borromées. Our Concierge will be delighted to book your green fees.
• What sporting activities can be practiced starting from the hotel?
In addition to relaxing by the pool, you can practice water sports (sailing, wakeboarding, SUP), rent bicycles (including electric ones) to explore the Vergante hills, or go trekking in the nearby Val Grande National Park or on Mount Mottarone.
