Attending our lessons you will learn the art of making delicious cocktails. Our Barman Elisa Ponti will teach you the craft of each drink in a world class standard. Elisa will also guide you through the history of the drink, the spirits and ingredients. The class is held in a nice atmosphere and this will be a great way to taste the fruits of your labour.

Moreover Elisa Ponti will teach you the skills to produce the perfect drink to impress your friends!

At the end of the classes you will be given 3 short cocktail recipes and a final certificate of participation.

Don't worry we will keep things easy and you will enjoy a drink in your hand!

The cocktail lesson takes about an 1 hour and is held in our elegant Bar "I Principi", the cost is Euro 80,00 per person.

We offer you a unique opportunity to experience at first hand authentic Italian cuisine techniques and recipes by dipping yourself into the Italian culture and lifestyle. Our cooking class is every day on request from 9.30am to 11.30am excluding Saturday and Sunday.

You will learn a wide of "antipasti", make your own gnocchi and roll out your own pasta and pizza. You will learn to make risotto but also fish and meat dishes and desserts using fresh and in season ingredients. Our Chef Giuseppe Vigna is at your full disposal to add any special dishes you have always wanted to taste.

And, on top of that, taste everything during your lunch after the lesson!

All dishes can be easily be made at home. You will be given recipes of all the dishes made during your stay, chef's hat, and exclusive apron and a certificate of participation of the course.

For those who want to continue the discovery of Italian taste, each Thursday evening a gourmet dinner is dedicated to a different region.
